- Facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
- Processing transactions for illegal goods or services
- Engaging in activities that violate export control regulations
2.4 Copyright and Intellectual Property Infringement
- Uploading, distributing, or sharing material that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
- Using our platform to facilitate unauthorized distribution of copyrighted works
- Removing or altering copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary designations
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of our software
2.5 System Abuse

3. Account Security Responsibilities
As a user of Member Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:
Your Obligations
- Credentials: Keep your login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone.
- Strong Passwords: Use a unique, strong password of at least 12 characters, combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Two-Factor Authentication: Enable 2FA when available for an additional layer of security.
- Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately at security@my-member-portal.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Device Security: Ensure the devices you use to access our services are secured with up-to-date software and antivirus protection.
- Session Management: Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
4. Consequences of Violation
We reserve the right to take the following actions in response to violations of this AUP:
Warning
For first-time minor violations, we may issue a written warning describing the violation and requesting corrective action within a specified timeframe.
Suspension
Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary suspension of your account and access to services. During suspension, you will not be able to manage subscriptions or access billing features.
Termination
Severe violations, including illegal activity, fraud, or deliberate system abuse, will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without refund.
We may also take any combination of the following measures:
- Removal of offending data or materials from our platform
- Restriction of specific features or API access
- Reporting of illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities
- Pursuing civil remedies, including damages and injunctive relief
5. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any misuse of Member Portal services — whether by another user, a third party, or through our platform — we encourage you to report it promptly.
How to Report

- Include: Your contact information, a description of the abuse, any relevant URLs or account identifiers, and screenshots or evidence if available
- Response Time: We acknowledge all abuse reports within 48 hours and investigate promptly
- Anonymity: You may report abuse anonymously, though providing contact details helps us follow up effectively
We take all reports seriously and will investigate each one thoroughly. Reporters will not face retaliation for good-faith reports of suspected abuse.
6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Member Portal cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies when required by applicable law. We may disclose user information and account data in response to:
- Valid court orders, subpoenas, or warrants
- Lawful requests from government agencies with appropriate jurisdiction
- Situations involving imminent threats to public safety or individual welfare
